I received notification of a unsung hero in Pakistan. He recently saved the lives of 100's of students in a Pakistani School after he halted a suicide bomber from causing an even bigger incident at the expense of his own life. His family have been left without a bread winner and a charitable scheme is being organised in Pakistan.
A copy of the message sent from Tanweer Akhtar in Pakistan:
"Pervez Masih, age 40, worked as a janitor at an Islamic university in Islamabad. He sacrificed his life to save hundred of innocent female students by stopping a suicide bomber from entering the main hall of the cafeteria. Please pray for his family, especially his 70 year old mother, his widowed wife and 3-year-old daughter Dia."
