We have received a confirmation of the serious accident to Cecil Chaudhry form his daughter, which we publish in verbatim:
Dear Wilson Chowdhry,
Hi I’m Michelle Chaudhry daughter of Group Captain Cecil Chaudhry, I saw a post on your website regarding my father’s health. I would like to confirm that yes he did meet with a serious road accident in Lahore on the 26th of March; he has fractured his collar bone and four ribs. However by the grace of God he is recovering well.
We would like to thank all our well wishers and request them to continue to pray for his health.
Best regards,
Michelle
It is encouraging news that Cecil's health is improving, the man is a legend amongst Christians and one of our highest achievers. We call on our global community to keep him in their prayers and to remember all our bretheren this Easter - a time of peace, new life and joy.

ReplyDeleteExtremely sad to hear today that sir Cecil Chaudhry has passed away. He was very inspirational to me when I was growing up. I was very fortunate to listen to sir Cecil's stories from his days in the Air Force and also his experiences in education and as a human rights activist. He made me a very proud Pakistani Christian. He was a true hero. He will be sadly missed by many.
